Cancellation Policy

Hickham Dermatology & Med Spa aspires to see all patients in a timely and efficient manner. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request that you give our office a minimum of 24 HOURS notice, should you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment fee, which is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of the patient’s next office visit. The missed appointment fees are as follows:

• Medical appointment– $50.00
• Cosmetic appointment/ Surgery– $100.00
• HALO/ Microneedling/ Emsella/ EmScuplt– $150.00 – These services will require a 48 HOUR notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
